Kevin Murphy was born in Newry, Co. Down, but first studied Drama at Trinity College Dublin before training as an actor at LAMDA. 

Theatre credits include: One man play Honest (Bewleys Theatre Dublin), Juno and the Paycock (National Theatre & Abbey Theatre, Dublin), Arthur Miller’s The Man Who Had All The Luck, (King’s Head) Over The Bridge (Finborough) and The Lieutenant of Inishmore (Curve, Leicester)  

Television credits include: Warrior (HBO/Cinemax), Doctors (BBC), The Whistleblower (RTE), The Bill (ITV), The Year London Blew Up (CH4) and The Long Walk (BBC NI).  

Radio credits include: The Burial at Thebes and Space1889Red Devils.
