Description

Born in Montreal Canada, Stewart spent his entire acting career playing obnoxious Americans until he was finally cast as a kindly Canadian professor in Season 6 of The Crown. Other recent roles include an obnoxious American Tourist/hors d’oeuvre in The Meg 2, an obnoxious American Film Producer who gets devoured by zombies in Dead Island 2 and a perfectly nice Prison Warden who gets chased, decapitated, and eaten by Carnage in Venom 2. So, a series of roles playing food in movies ending with 2.

He has also enjoyed a varied career with Soho Voices, making complex concepts sound simple in corporate work explaining everything from commercial real estate development to how to disseminate natural pesticides. He has launched serious advertising campaigns for the likes of HSBC and released his most passionate sports announcer in weekly promos for DAZN. As a voice actor, Stewart created the role of Valeros, the hilariously dim but brave hero of the fantasy series Pathfinder, in addition to a whole gallery of characters for various computer games, cartoons, audio adventures and ADR.

Stewart is also an award-winning filmmaker with Park Bench Pictures. Their short, The Bicycle Thief screened at Oscar and BAFTA qualifying festivals all over the world. Their first feature Common People had a nationwide cinema release in the UK and was described by Stephen Fry as, Òa rare gem.Ó
