Description
Welsh-born Siânad comes from a professional dance background, studying on a full scholarship at the prestigious Lane Theatre Arts. She landed her first acting role in STREETDANCE 3D, which became a huge box office hit in 2010.
Sianad continued to build her acting career, appearing in various television series across both the US and UK, such as THE ALIENIST (TNT), TIME AFTER TIME (ABC), and the award-winning IN MY SKIN (BBC3). She furthered her theatrical resume by taking to the London stage for the first time in 2019, earning rave reviews for her performance in the off-West End production of I KNOW MY HUSBAND LOVES ME. Her first leading role in a feature film came in September 2021, when she starred in THE BALLAD OF BILLY MCCRAY, directed by Chris Crow.
This was shortly followed by Sky Cinema’s LAST TRAIN TO CHRISTMAS starring Michael Sheen and directed by Julian Kemp, as well as Universal Studio’s feature film, – MR MALCOLMS LIST which premiered in cinemas worldwide on July 22. Siânad will next appear in the new Harlan Coben 6-part series for Amazon Prime LAZARUS, playing Cassandra Rhodes opposite Sam Clafflin and Bill Nighy.
Siânad’s been enjoying developing her friendly, playful, warm, comedic, and informative vocal styles, which can be heard most recently in a commercial for pharmaceutical brand Rotarix’s baby vaccine.
