Dolapo Oni is a Nigerian-British actress, presenter, and MC with a diverse career spanning both the UK and Nigeria. One of her most memorable roles was as ‘The Governor’s Wife’ in the Laurence Olivier Award-nominated play ‘Iya-Ile’ (The First Wife). She has also appeared in the BBC mini-series ‘Vexed’ and the popular TV series ‘Desperate Housewives Africa.’ With over 10 years of hosting experience, she has been a prominent figure on two hit TV shows in Africa: E! Entertainment’s ‘E! Africa VIP Special’ and ’53 Extra.
She has two film releases scheduled for late 2024: ‘It’s the Blackness,’ the directorial debut of renowned actor Hakeem Kae-Kazeem, and ‘Dreamers,’ a BBC Film directed by Joy Gharoro-Akpojotor.
