With a multidisciplinary background spanning theatre, television and puppetry, he brings a distinctive perspective and versatility to his work.

Described as sincere and assured, Bright’s voice is clear, crisp and energetic, with a contemporary Southeast Asian quality. Speaking several languages, he offers versatility across a range of vocal styles and performance genres.

His theatre credits include My Neighbour Totoro (UK, 2023), Idiots Assemble: Spitting Image the Musical (UK, 2023), Roald Dahl’s The BFG, The Pillowman, Lord of the Flies and Urinetown the Musical in Singapore, alongside international productions in Malaysia and Australia.

His television credits include Third Rail, This Land Is Mine, 7 Penjuru and Di Akhir Garisan, with performances in both English and Malay.

Bright’s international experience also extends to festivals across Indonesia, Scotland, South Korea and Ireland. Alongside his performance work, he has served as Associate Director with 5 Stones Theatre in the UK and Singapore, and as Associate Artist with Mascots & Puppets Specialists in Singapore.
