Description
Anne is a highly skilled award-winning American actress and voice artist with an exceptional ear for accents. Based in London, she’s originally from the New York area and has also lived up and down the East Coast and Arizona.
Anne has extensive experience in all sorts of voice work as well as in major feature films, television and on stage. She also passes flawlessly in Standard English as needed and is highly skilled in most American dialects.
With a smooth, warm natural quality – as well as great versatility, she is confident and dedicated and delivers outstanding results. She voices films, documentaries, commercials and corporate and medical narration in addition to computer games and animation – and audio of all sorts. She has also recorded audiobooks for NY Times bestselling writers and has been nominated for awards for several of these.
She’s most proud of having voiced the late journalist Marie Colvin’s final dispatches in Under the Wire for BBC4’s Storyville and History Films in the US. She played the title role in the radio play Migrant Mother for BBC Radio 3.
Games include Mirror’s Edge, The Dark Pictures: Switchback VR and The Devil in Me, AFK Arena, AFK Journey, and Zombies, Run! – The Walk, among others.
Anne’s training includes two years with legendary Stella Adler at her New York studio and two years at The Bristol Old Vic School’s postgraduate programme in acting. She was also an acting major at Northwestern University School of Communication.
She has coached dialect, voice and acting privately for international stars and beginners alike and for major film, TV and West End theatre productions for over eighteen years.
She’s been nominated for the One Voice Awards in 2025 for Demo Reel, 2023 for Animation, 2019 for Documentary Narration and 2018 for Audiobooks and the 2023 VOX Awards for Animation. Also, Backstage UK’s One Voice Award in 2018 for Karen Rose’s Monster in the Closet and twice for Audible’s Crimefest Award.
